NVS District Associations

District Associations are more local branches of the National Vegetable Society which usually hold meetings where members can meet to discuss and attend talks etc.

The DA's as we shorten District Association to, come under one of the five Regional Branches.

 

The DA's allow members to form relationships and share advice at a local level. Many DA's will arrange trips to members gardens and to formal gardens as well as talks.

 

Some DA's co-operate to run their own vegetable shows as well as to enter into competition with each other. They form a grass roots back bone to the society,
