NVS Annual Show

Gold Medal Winners

The NVS holds an Annual Show at different locations throughout the country each year. The event is hosted by each Branch in turn.

The National Vegetable Society year runs from January 1st to December 31st. Join Here for 2011/2012!

Societies affiliated to the N.V.S. receive all the benefits as that of one ordinary member (except that they are not allowed to take the Judges Examination).

Affiliated Societies also have the opportunity to purchase the National Vegetable Society's Growing Leaflets and the Society's Medal and Award Card for competition at one of their shows.

It is recommended that a Society Judge is engaged to award the Medal and Card if at all possible.

The Society awards, through the Branches, a limited number of Sponsored Plaques. The Branch Secretary will have details on how to apply for one of these.

Any Affiliated Society is allowed to send one member to the National A.G.M. but must inform the National Secretary two weeks prior to the event.

All members have the opportunity to join in any local District Association's activities as detailed in the Constitution.
