Personal Data consent form & where to send it ?
If you have received your SPRING Edition Simply Veg magazine, you will have seen the articles on Data protection & the new Data Protection consent form.
The form requests that you return it you your Branch membership Secretary.
NB Page 7 of your SV magazine details our Branch membership Secretaries, however for our new Northern Branch Membership secretary, Michael Osborn, his address was missed in error. Also there was a typo in his email address. We hope that the information below will help you for all Branches.
