Laura will deliver a tailored 1-hour workshop for members which will integrate the four key pillars of wellbeing - movement, nutrition, sleep and stress control. 


Professional Bio: Laura Tully is an award-winning nurse with 25 years experience, spanning various nursing and nurse management roles within both public and private health sectors. She currently oversees the delivery of specialist campus-based care to over 7,000 students from 62 countries worldwide at the Technological University of the Shannon in Athlone, Ireland. 


Laura's leadership goes beyond her immediate role, as she leads impactful initiatives to promote health and wellness in rural communities, fostering a culture of self-care and preventative health that aligns with her vision for high-quality, patient-centered care. 

As the Founder and Facilitator of the acclaimed lifestyle intervention "Fit Farmers" Laura has spearheaded efforts to empower Irish farmers to take control of their wellbeing since 2019. Affectionately known as “The Movement Mentor” Laura's work as a consultant and practitioner in this field, has garnered widespread acclaim for its effectiveness in improving overall health outcomes.
