The Clarecastle Show Society is thrilled to announce its return on Saturday, July 18th, 2026, bringing back the much-loved Horticulture and Indoor Classes.

Following a brief hiatus, the committee is delighted to welcome all past exhibitors, talented creatives, and passionate gardeners back to celebrate the best of the community.

We are immensely grateful to MJ Malone and the team at Clarecastle National School for their continued support in allowing the show to use the excellent facilities at the school hall.

A Jam-Packed Schedule for All
This year’s schedule is overflowing with opportunities to showcase skill and dedication. Entries are invited across a variety of classes, including:

Horticulture: Pristine vegetables, fabulous fruit, and fragrant flowers and shrubs.
Home Produce: Delectable home baking, homemade jams, chutneys, and fresh eggs.
Photography: The popular armature photography section returns—now is the time to print those hidden smartphone masterpieces!
Crafts & Junior Classes: The expanded craft section highlights exceptional skill and talent, featuring exciting new junior classes such as stone painting, a handwriting competition, and much more.
New Rewards and Welcoming Atmosphere
In recognition of the high standard of entries and the dedication of our competitors, the 2026 show is proud to announce increased prize money across many classes, along with the introduction of a new trophy award.

We are constantly blown away by the level of talent in our community. We want to welcome everyone back—past participants and new faces alike. Whether you are an expert grower or a first-time junior entrant, there is a place for you in the Clarecastle Show.
