The Southern Branch is pleased to announce that it intends to hold the NVS Judges exam in October 2026 covering both theory and practical elements of the exam. We intend to hold it at the Hythe Community Centre, Hythe, Hampshire on Sunday, 11th October with the theory test commencing 10am to be followed by the practical exam after lunch at 1pm. An NVS Judge’s Exam seminar will be held at the Hythe Community Center on Saturday, 10th October commencing 7pm, which I would recommend that all candidates attend.

Any NVS member wishing to take this exam, whether it be just the theory element, practical element or both then please register your interest to me, either via email to [email protected] or by post to 34 Abergavenny Road, Lewes, BN7 1SN. 

As always, it is only practicable to hold the NVS judge’s exam if sufficient members wish to take the exam and we will cap the number of candidates taking the practical exam to 8 however there will be no limit as to how many candidates can take the theory exam.
