The Northern Branch covers an area stretching on it’s Southern border, from the Mersey across to the Wash and North all of the way to the Scottish Borders. The Northern Branch committee is made up from representatives of District Associations within that area. The Northern Branch Committee meets four times a year, the first in Horbury near Wakefield, this is also the location for the Northern Branch Annual General Meeting, and on three other occasions in Leeds.  The Northern Branch Committee organise and run the Northern Branch Championships which have historically been hosted by the Harrogate Flower Show at the Great Yorkshire Showground Harrogate but for the foreseeable future the Harrogate Flower Show will be held in the grounds of the prestigious Newby Hall, which is close to Ripon, Yorkshire. The Northern Branch also holds a display at the Great Yorkshire Show Harrogate Showground.
