From the Border to the Shetlands
The Scottish Branch committee works to provide information and events and meets three times a year in Auchterarder. We organise things such as our annual garden visit to give members the opportunity to get a private tour round, for example, a large estate garden, as well as visiting some of our top growers gardens to pick up hints and tips. We also organise an annual seminar attracting over 100 people which provides a great day out with a wide range of speakers on all things related to veg growing as well as access to associated trade stands . It's also a great opportunity to meet friends and make new ones, whist having a good chat and swapping ideas, seeds and plants. We organise and run our Scottish Branch Championships which is hosted in and around different areas of Scotland each year and we support or local District Associations with talks .
